Incredible amount of money, but questionable if it's worth it.

Staff makes a lot of money here. The restaurant is always busy and check averages are high.

Cons

Passive-aggressiveness among management to staff, communication is lacking and there are certain power-trips that disrupt cordiality. They also demand a high commitment from their waitstaff for being a restaurant in a college town.

Great pay and good hours. They will respect your schedule and ask you first for any changes. Co-workers are the best part like most jobs.

Cons

Owner is controlling and will make passive aggressive remarks to you and others. Managers try but they can only do so much. If you’re patient you might do well.
