Pros
The foundation and employees that have been there for a long time.
Cons
The upper management is very inconsistent. If you are in their crowd you are good to go and can do no wrong. If not, you can work long, hard hours and nobody could care less. The HR department is never there and you can pretty much catch them on social media. I don't think it is appropriate for the department to be social media friends with everyone and have access to files, information they could be spreading. I tried to go up with an issue and was brushed off and told what I wanted to hear and then the HR person I talked to was down on the floor flirting with all the workers. But couldn't give me the time of day.... very unprofessional!
