      Pros

      Great team spirit in the office. Everyone is helpful and its a "family feeling" in the office. Flexible working hours and nice location and high standard when it comes to office and work environment.

      Cons

      If you work with pre-match production as I am you need to be able to work nights and weekends, when the sports events are. But I guess that´s part of the game when you work within sportsbetting.

      Good company but with many flaws

      Pros

      It is a flexible working environment, depending on the team you’re in, you can get exposure to a range of different areas. People are cool and the atmosphere is very laid back. It’s a secure job where it is difficult to get fired from, you would have to do something incredibly stupid to get a warning. You can coast by and do no work for weeks or even months and nobody will notice. You can work from home and nobody will care, you can take as many days off as you want, nobody really checks.

      Cons

      Getting more responsibility does not translate to higher pay. People don’t care about the company, they care about themselves to get the biggest bonus(even though the bonus is small, roughly 2-4k), this creates divisions and people fighting against company goals. There isn’t an atmosphere of team work, and the company never gets anything done, with endless blue sky thinking meetings, only to realise it can’t be done when it gets to a point of no return. The pay is very low, on par with working at a place like Tescos. There is zero career development, no matter how junior you are, you will have to stay in that lane for the remainder of your time at Kambi or leave, at first it is exciting but after a couple of years of doing the same thing again and again it becomes soul destroying.

      Young demographics, management approachable, compensation is competitive even for entry-level employees, summer outings are always fun.

      Cons

      Work hours, possibility of graveyard shift and not really a lot of areas for growth in terms of promotions.
