      Pros

      - Career growth was there - Good compensation was there - Superb Talented colleagues - Party almost every Fri - Great for team bondings I miss kalibrr pre-pandemic days! :)

      Cons

      It was going well until the company was acquired during the pandemic as part of an M&A effort to stay afloat, which unfortunately led to layoffs. Despite that, I'm still grateful for the experience and for having worked with such a great team.
