Everyday something changes. Patient every 15 min very difficult to maintain the level of care they claim to provide.

In time, you will realize Kadlec's objectives are the bottom line, insulating administrator positions, and really stroking the surgeon's (moneymakers) egos so they won't leave. Safe and compassionate care is a buzz phrase, but providers aren't supported enough to provide this type of care. The standard of care is set so low, it's disappointing. It is important to maintain the status quo culture here- white males at the top, and women (and overwhelmingly women of color) in supporting roles. Any threat to that will label you a problem... you will start to feel the impact of that as they remove benefits. Turnover is high bc providers are miserable, but that's ok bc new grads are green and cheap. Stay Away!
