      Questionable Business Practices at Best...

      Pros

      Friendly people and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Lacking in competitive pay as well as benefits, uncoordinated HR dept., unethical treatment of staff, managers aren't sure what they want or need, the staff is overworked like most big companies - however, this is not a large company (25 people or so) so you do not get the large organizational perks (such as a decent salary, fitness center, tuition reimbursement, etc.). Definitely better agencies with more to offer out there. The cons certainly outweigh the pros unfortunately.

      Cons

      Sometimes timelines get hectic, but that's the advertising industry and not specific to KW2. The team here really takes care of one another, so even when it gets really busy we still look out for our team.

      Pros

      I started at KW2 out of college in an entry-level position. I was given two promotions in three years and had amazing mentors. Our team was close knit, and was very proud of the work we did. With the exception of one or two people who have left the agency, everyone was ego-free and uninterested in drama.

      Cons

      Pay is less than average for the market, but I've come to accept that from Madison agencies.
