      There are some nice & hardworking people here

      Cons

      You join thinking it's a battery company, but it's about Bitcoin. The management team chase the 'new hot trendy thing' rather than having a clear strategy or plan. Try it for a bit if you really need a job, but keep looking elsewhere long-term.
