Pros

If you are very good at politics and good at killing your time, this could be the best working place to waste your life. Moreover, if you are a person who are perfect at following the PROCESS even it kills you, this could be the best place to work with.

Cons

It is obliged to watch KBN(KT Broadcasting Network) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. The official working hours under the labor law of ROK is from 09:00 to 18:00. However, on the date of KBN day, the day starts from 07:30. IF you are not at the office at that time, your team leader and vice president shall pressure with your grade. This organization has restructuring every year. Even you have joined KT as the expert position, suddenly you are shifted as sales manager even you joined as engineer. YOU CANNOT make up your career there.

Pros

There is no pros There is no pros There is no pros There is no pros There is no pros

Cons

- The leadership sucks. They have no idea what they are doing. - More than 14,000 employees were laid off from 08 to 15. - Launched unrealistic project like kibot, forcing sales people to sell more. It had been better off, if they had sold refrigerator to North Pole.

Bureaucratic, very political company

Pros

- If you can withstand the pressures from the upper management, you are free to do most of the stuffs. - Extra benefits such as medical insurance and welfare points are great

Cons

- Compensation is below industry-average - Bureaucratic (you can't do this or that because other department won't like it, this is a great biz but we can't do this because it will cannibalize our revenue. We need to find the optimal timing) - Very rigid organization: saying "no" or "this is not worth doing" to managements' decision is not allowed. don't know why - Smart working culture is now being wiped out with new chairman in place.
