      Family owned, tight knit group of people, some inspirational role models.

      Cons

      Stressed "looking busy" rather than being busy. Incompetence and conservative mindset from owner can be hugely detrimental to both morale and performance.

      -Hourly Pay based on location -Daily tasks and meeting to know where you stand -Competent teams

      Cons

      -No reviews or tracks for promotions -Last minute contract changes and no updates to ground teams -Insane workload for the amount of people on sites -Awful benefits and insurance
