Horrible Company. Horrible HR team. Horrible High Level Managers.

Pros

Mid-level managers I had or interacted with were amazing. They put you first and do whatever they can to help you succeed.

Cons

Director level managers are not good. Had a director lead me in a direction with a client that ended up making the client very angry. Director didn't blink twice to put all blame on me (I wasn't innocent and could have been better) and throw me under the bus. From that moment on, he had a target on my back and did everything in his power to fire me. It really shows how ruthless a manager he is. No one matters as long as the director can climb his ladder. I would not recommend this company to anyone I care about.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working with this company is its rapid growth and forward-thinking mindset. The organization consistently invests in new ideas, technologies, and processes, which makes it an exciting place to be. Rather than staying stagnant, the company embraces change and is always looking for ways to improve products, services, and customer experiences. Another strength is the exposure to innovation across multiple areas. Employees get the chance to work on diverse projects, collaborate with different teams, and explore creative solutions. This not only builds valuable skills but also encourages a culture of learning and adaptability.

Cons

The management and leadership at this organization are nothing short of disappointing. There is a clear lack of direction, communication, and accountability from the top down. Instead of fostering a supportive and professional environment, leadership creates confusion, frustration, and low morale. Decisions are often made without transparency or input, leaving employees feeling undervalued and ignored. Rather than leading by example, management tends to micromanage, dismiss feedback, and fail to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Growth opportunities are limited, and recognition for hard work is almost nonexistent.

Pros

Remote work, Fun non-management co-workers, somewhat flexible work schedule depending the department you work in.

Cons

- Horrible Bonus structure (You never get the full bonus, always something), - Benefits seem to get worse as years go on. - Company built like a tree, too many managers and not enough actual workers. - Pay is below average. The pay increases are like 1.5% yearly which is not worth what you have to put up with. - Zero Growth. You can learn all you want, but it won't get you a better job or pay. Just more responsibilities. - CEO is a moron (Not Larry, Larry cared about people) the new CEO cares only about saying "ummm" and only cares about money. - Extremely high turnover rate for a smaller company of 450. I think there has been 100+ leave or get fired in 2025 already and its only August. - HR is garbage. - They do not hire or promote within whatsoever. - Executive leadership team are some of the worse people you will ever work with. No idea what they are doing.
