      Pros

      KMS cares about its employees and everyone is great to work with with no political boundaries between departments. Company focuses on great client support and goes the distance to help ensure 100% happy clients. Many companies that I have worked in past will talk about great customer service but not invest $$ to help ensure it happens. KMS actually invests lot of $$ to help clients and it is true partnership approach.

      Cons

      The company is less structured and processes. So it is not for everyone if you are the kind that prefers matured processes and well defined structure.

      Pros

      KMS is a breath of fresh air. I’ve worked at many other organizations and no one invests in or cares about career development and success of employees as KMS. It is definitely a work hard, play hard environment. The culture is results oriented, but if you put in the work, they will take care of you. Everyone is transparent and open, and I have direct one-on-one access with executives who empower me to make decisions and get the job done. No weird office politics here to worry about.

      Cons

      Since the US operations are small, there isn’t a ton of structure. If you’re looking for somewhere that will hold your hand and gives you lots of direction, this might not be the place for you. But, for the right personalities this is a dream job. You have the ability to define your career path, run with ideas, and take initiative. The executive team is always willing to let me contribute and thoughtfully considers my suggestions.

      Good to spend sometime with

      Pros

      People are very friendly. Most of the people I met at the company are young, energetic, and friendly. Some managers are very nice and open.

      Cons

      Some projects are managed by hard managers that do not have a sense of humor. A lot people just go to the office and work for a few hours. They are not so diligent. However, not many people are very obsessive with quality, just more then 10% are really good.
