No proper policies in place and no proper work culture. Accounts/HR will never respond to you properly for any queries... Gratuity is part of your salary... First 6 months - no leaves. After six months only one leave is given... what a funny leave policy 😂😂.... Don't apply... you will be hooked... 3 years bond and they are collecting original certificates from candidates... If you need original certificates back, you need to pay 3 lacs or the salary you received till then... Top of all, worst working culture and experienced people who come from outside and join KJ can never like to work with KJ because of dogmatic thinking of the management. No respect for the people.... They say medi claim policy but till date no proper tie up with any vendor... not sure of the fate of the employees who are paying money from their salary...

IF you want see great old social evil "Bounded Labour systems of India"., join KJ systems. 1) a) 3.5yrs (actual bond) b) + 3 months training (not included in the bond) c) + 3 months notice period after completion of 3.5 years bond. Means its total 4 years bond not 3.5 years. 2) Company is run by Dairy form people (CEO and MD) (they will treat you like buffalo only, not like human being) 3) This Company will spoil your career with their old old technologies . 4) This Company will spoil your health with 200% pressure and caste based politics 5) NO personal life 24/7 work ( at at age of 25 itself you will BP and Diabetics)
