Business outlook
Pros
This company had a great outlook, terrific teamwork, above average salary, many 15yr+ employees, excellent benefits, quality products.
Cons
That is until they changed Plant management. Mass exodus of the long term employees, many positions have been left open "as long as the job gets done", moral went down the drain, profits have dropped due to terrible organisation/overworked staff, and no one gets hired that would threaten management's position. Mid management is reserved for friends, not the best qualified.
