      It looks like some of the teams are turning around because it looks like they got rid of at least 1 deluded head of department.

      Cons

      The managers can be quite delulu. One of them told me she can take me to fly to greater heights. Lucky I didnt listen, otherwise I would fly into the dustbin with her.

      if you are chasing for work efficiency, the interal approval flow will drive you crazy Very old company that most of the employees are around 50 years old
