      Excellent hospital to work for. There are multitudes of opportunities for upgrading in your professional education. The upward ladder is never ending if you are a determined person. Educations are always supported and pushed upon each and every employee.

      Cons

      Language barriers with the population of patients you deal with but there are translators all the time.
