      Management is pretty kind and accomodating.

      I have more cons of the TV news industry than the company--scheduling is not ideal, going through a period where teams are generally understaffed.

      It's a job in an office.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. News director and EP have no idea what they're doing. Everyone is overworked and deadlines are insane. You know, typical News station. No better or worse than any other station honestly. Not the worst and not the best.
