      Pros

      KEY is a great place to work and the people here are top notch. I have worked with a number of different companies in many different capacities and the passion at KEY is unparalleled. KEY is not only a tech enabled company but has also designed and created propriety software for internal use in order to aid employees in their day to day tasks and ensure that the customer has the best experience possible.

      Cons

      We are a startup at our core so there is a lot of work to be done and hard to get through a to do list without more being added. An important trait to being successful and enjoying KEY is the ability to shift priority and focus at a moments notice

      Travel is a fun concept to encompass your work day. Motivated, energetic, collaborative team. Passionate about the product. Good Benefits. Great location.

      Cons

      Start-ups are fast, paced and priorities change quickly as the business continues to grow and evolve. Have to be self starter and be able to prioritize to thrive so not for everyone.

      If you’re looking for stable income and a relaxed job without much focus on career growth, Key is a solid choice. The company offers a great work-life balance, and the workload is generally light. People are friendly and approachable at all levels. Benefits include unlimited PTO, strong medical coverage, and a decent salary.

      Cons

      If you’re looking for a place to grow your career or challenge yourself, this may not be the right fit. The company has limited financial resources and tends to prioritize short term production features over long term improvements. Decisions are mostly made by a few senior leaders, and there’s little investment in R&D or system optimization. Employee feedback is often overlooked, and there’s a noticeable risk of layoffs due to budget constraints. Overall company growth is slow, and workflows can feel inefficient.
