1) First thing first, you need to reach office between 9 to 9:15, if you reach after that your half day's salary will be deducted. Relaxation in this rule : you can reach office between 9:15 and 9:29:59 for 3 days in a month. 2) There is a fix timing for tea break(10:30-10:45 and 3:30-3:45) and lunch break(1-1:30), you can not exceed that in any circumstances. 3) Christmas, Eid, 1st January and some other festivals are not holidays in Kent. 4) You need to sit on your designated seats all the time except for lunch break or tea break. 5) Once you enter the office gate, gates will be closed at 9:30 and will be reopen in 5:30. Before that if there is an emergency, than you have to fill a form which needed to be approved from your HOD, only than you are allowed to go out of the premise. 6) Except lunch break time, no one can roam at office premise, not even on tea break, if still you will roam some guard will come to you and send you back. 7) HR department is always there in KENT to make new rules to deduct salary. Like in lockdown, one rule was if an employee will not sell Kent's product (which should cost thrice of his salary) than he won't get his salary. Another rule in lockdown was to stay online in zoom from 9 to 5:30 with camera on. 8) Celebrations are not allowed in KENT, there was a mail from admin people that no one can celebrate birthdays or any other event. 9) On tea break, you need to be standing there on cafeteria, if you will sit in stairs or have tea on your seat, you are violating rules and for this their admin head will come and scream at you. 10) Screaming at people is a normal thing in KENT. Maximum HODs scream or shout at their subordinates. 11) Despite working for 6 days in week, you can not avail 4-5 leaves at a time as it seems criminal offense there. 12) Your problems will not be solved even after leaving KENT as fnf process is not cleared by HR people on time and as some of my colleagues have also left KENT and everyone faced same.

It was the bigest mistake i did in my by joining Kent as ASM. Story starts here..... Joining is like nightmare: I got offer letter only after i resigned my previous job, later they informed me to join at HO Noida for which travel expense has to beared by self and once you start your journey you get surprice on exam and has to score 90%, else your cadidature may be rejected. Once you reach there at HO you will be asked to surrender you 10h original certificate so you are trapped totally, so think twice before you join. Bad HR policies. Bad work environment - no heirarchy in work any one can do any job, name sake you get ASM and SO etc. No job security for each and every thing they use only word termination. I have not heard about promotion in branch office and they spoil you career. Appraisal is not based on work performance its depends on how much you are good in butter mouthing you boss and how good you are in politics. No scope of any new thinking just follow HO instructions else you will be terminated. Don't think about personal life you have to attend calls when ever and where ever on holidays or on personal leave, driving or in rest room no matter else you will be terminated. No support from management to resolve customer issues, company is focus only on revenue target acheivement and not bothered about customer satisfaction.
