This company has been in existence for the last 15 years but still lacks established processes and policies. Additionally, the staff at the head office do not treat the employees of other locations well, behaving as though all the work is solely done by them. However, without proper processes and implementation, their efforts are ineffective and directionless. You have to chase the people of HO to get answered for single question or doubts, and sometimes it takes whole day to get the answer.

Lack of trust, believe in the wrong people who are running down the business and the irony is management is dumb...complete blind eye, people treated shabbily, humilating...not a place for professionals....no wonder hardly anyone stays---no qualified learned people with spine should join
