no pros. this company is the worst.

Everything. This people is the worst. They have a lot of favoritism, if you are friend with the upper management, you can get away with anything and if you are not they will treat you very bad and pick on you!

With all corporations moving their manufacturing base to China and other countries, KB Electronics has remained firmly planted on US soil. Hours are great and balance between work and life is excellent. The work is very exciting and challenging and there is never a dull moment. Great opportunities present themselves to help you demonstrate your skills. Employees have been with the company for many years. that tell you that management takes care of their employees and loyalty means a lot to the Owners.
Cons
Review are too few and far in between. It would be nice if we were given at least cost of living increases every year. Company offered Health insurance is great for the employed individuals but very cost prohibitive to cover your entire family.
