Pros
Good work environment, Structured training, Reasonable salary, Safe work environment as a chemical plant, Housing and medical facilities are good, work life balance is ok
Cons
1. Career growth is too much slow and most often depends on available vacancy or politics, not on performance of employee. 2. Work environment is not equal for all sections, some sections and their employees receive less attention from management compared to others. 3. It's a beautiful place and housing facilities are good but it's far away from city and management doesn't appreciate living in Chittagong city.
