Starting salary is a joke
Repetitive job, more like working in a call centre
Do not exploit all your skills - If you are someone with a bachelors or Masters degree, then this is probably not the best job for you and you will get bored!
Most of those who succeed are avid for money - they keep on calling themselves "hungry" - so unless you are starving, and ready to do whatever it takes, DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB!
If you are not making deals quickly, they will make sure you get fired without giving you any warnings in advance and without taking into account your weekly kpi's they keep on referring to
High turnover - You are there to make money, full stop -
Call themselves "sharks" - hypocrite environment - if you don't have the same mindset of killing for a deal, this is not where you should be working
Foster competition not team work between members of the same team
- Important: If you are a junior and are desperate for a job then, by all means, take it. It will get your foot in the door for sales/recruitment/communication -
Once you do get the job, ALWAYS keep an eye on other jobs and APPLY elsewhere - don't put all your eggs into one basket as they have a high turnover and if you are not making deals and fast, you are simply out of the door - and you never know when it is going to happen as it is not based on your performance but rather how many deals the office has done in a month
