      Small company so they don't have as many perks as a larger company

      Pros

      Being a smaller company you aren't considered a number on a piece of paper. I feel like management cares to the point where a company would care about their employees.

      Cons

      It's a small company so you won't get the most competitive salary or the most competitive benefits package but they do try to work with you.
