Thank you for your feedback and are sorry that you did not have a good experience at KVK Tech. Due to the nature of our business and standard in the industry, KVK has a non-compete focused on protecting the business’ confidential information and intellectual property. Unfortunately, in the past we have had instances of employees leaving abruptly, going to a competitor, and taking KVK’s intellectual property with them. It is important to the business to protect this information so that we can continue to compete and grow in the very competitive generic pharmaceuticals market place. Many employees and their families depend on the continued success of KVK Tech. We provide numerous opportunities for all levels of applicants with both degrees and non degreed and of all nationalities. We are committed to the Bucks County community and will continue to bring in hard working individuals that want to learn and grow with the company. As a growing company we are up front with the potential need for overtime based on the demands of the business. In fact, many of our employees ask management for overtime opportunities. Since receiving this comment in 2014 KVK Tech has made many strides in addressing both the pros and cons you shared with us. We have developed a mentor program to help new employees (not just entry level) assimilate into our culture, we have developed both internal and external training program to enhance our management training skills and have invested in our employees development by provide English as a second language training right here at our facility. Additionally, we have filled key management roles as part of our long term growth strategy.
