Highly experienced coworkers to learn from, opportunity to grow the business as you desire within limited boundaries, freedom to work and learn at your own speed, good raises and pay potential when working hard, company invests time in helping you develop professional and technical skills, great coworkers and relaxed work environment
Cons
there were a couple of bad apples, but they have left the company. for awhile there was no clear management structure, but that has changed with two "new" managers. due to being a small company a annual review may come a bit late, but typically raises are retroactive so who cares.
