Pros

Higher level management is reachable

Cons

This is an inconsiderate company full of crooked businessmen. They hire good talent and make promises of a very different work environment than other companies. What they have inside is an inefficient, incapable organization driven by inept leaders. Not a single higher level executive has any experience building a technology company and they are set out to "change the world" (in their words) with their technology. Good people join in the hopes of being a part of the revolution and all they get in the end is a surprise termination with no severance compensation. A couple of cases of their inconsiderate behavior need a mention. In one case an employee's children were having health issues, in bad need of health insurance, when their parent (employee) was let go without a notice and without any severance pay. In another case, an employee was in the middle of a employment contingent personal financial transaction, when he/she was surprisingly let go in a similar way. There have been numerous other cases where top performers have been fired just because they did not fit in with the company culture as dictated by the CEO. If you are serious about your career, stay away from this company!

Pros

Great open office environment, good snacks, paid parking (if they feel like giving it to you).

Cons

Leadership is weak, the CEO Eric Williams is a pathological liar. The state of current technology that he tells staff and investors about is all smoke and mirrors. There are some great ideas on paper and the white board, but with only 2 CV scientists working from home or in the office with minimal equipment resources, production results are months if not years away from reality. All of the "technology" that is being displayed is actually created manually by a bunch of new college graduates, dropouts and temporary staff working long hours 7 days per week. This is all done with promises that Jyllion is the next "Google or Facebook". The programmers and analysts are treated like idiots by the CIO who doesn't even have any technology credentials to back up his expertise. Go somewhere that realizes your potential and values your experience and true understanding of the subject matter. This place is not worth your time.

Pros

The support staff (tech support, exec assitant, accting, etc). Unless you are in management most of who made very large purchases including luxury cars and vacations since 2014.

Cons

Hostile working environment (emails to whole company targeted at a few, negative and hostile emails to whole department targeted at one person). Aside from health insurance, benefits arent worth the trade off No overtime pay, but lots of overtime work. Termination of benefits and pay with zero notice All around poor company culture. No manager has adequate experience in their field. All are incompetent. Suspected gross misuse of company funds Changes company objectives for highest bidder. Underpays employees. Regular lay offs of 5-10 people at a time Only a few remaining orignal employees. Unsure of the exact count, probably close to 50 have been laid off (never upper management) and company size was always under 30. CEO is patholigical liar (see all the other reviews confirming this) and the CIO has no clue what hes doing
