      1. Good products portfolio and well known with good quality 2. Ranked from top ten pharmaceutical companies in market 3. Well known company name in Middle East and Africa

      Cons

      1. Salary is poor vs other companies may be smaller in the same field 2. Management decisions perfect to make negative atmosphere for man power (cut salary, cut Remot areas expenses , cut car insurance,...etc 3. Lack to system 4. Vacation (must start by Sunday and end by Sunday to consider weekend as paid vacation ) 4. Incentives (not clear at all has no clear scheme also 5. Like and dislike depending company 6. Market expenses delay 5-6 months (paid from employees salaries)

      They have excellent products such as mebo ,profinal and their uae branch is very well organized and have good leaders and role models

      Cons

      They were unprofessional on employee level and dont listen to employee problems and dont take action to help them in their crisis

      Pros

      One of the leading pharmaceutical industries in the middle east. The benefits are good and the employees in general are good too.

      Cons

      Dont expect a raise in the salary. They expect you to work with the same salary on the job offer letter till your last day at the company. An increase in pay is highly dependent on the manager review. If you get a good manager you are lucky.
