Don’t paying correct your wages , misses money in every single payments, creates a really bad envierment, no one wants to work to wake up early in the morning doing that extra sacrifice and in the end not seeing what is yours, managers that don’t care about it and don’t find solutions for any of our issues, only worry about their issues
