Pros

Any pros I had were robbed from me about a year in.

Cons

The most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced. People don’t listen to HEAR you, they listen to respond. Communication is nonexistent. Frequently, it seems like people don’t communicate with each other in order to be petty. Managers and company believe in assigning blame to fix problems. PTO policy is racist, sexist, borderline abusive. NO WAY TO EXCUSE UNPLANNED ABSENCES. You get 10 occurrences before you’re fired, and they drop off after a full year from the day. It doesn’t matter if you got into a car accident on the way to work, or if your neighbor’s house caught on fire and you were helping them. No excuses. Impossible to move up. They will tell you that management experience within the company is needed, but there isn’t a way to get this experience if we’re not allowed to move up. There is NO training program. Your training is up to the whim of whatever manager you end up under. It is inconsistent, unmeasured, highly variant in content and delivery, and wholly undefined. And worst of all, any attempt to speak out to try to improve things is shot down, with much disrespect.
