Pros

Jones Networking is extremely intentional about training. It is a small office atmosphere where co-workers are friends and everyone gets along. I felt extremely invested in and prepared for the job I am currently doing. The strong connections I have with my co-workers deters me from looking elsewhere for more money or opportunities. I foresee staying with Jones for a long time!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints, other than the stress/work load that sometimes comes with working in a smaller office environment. My outlook on this, however, is that it is preparing me to handle more responsibilities down the road. I only share this, so that others can view it the way I do!

Pros

It was a good first job to put some experience on your resume.

Cons

There is no work life balance or career growth. The compensation and benefits were below the market average as well.

Pros

Good location Seemingly friendly staff Friendly receptionist Metro accessible Sometimes flexible hours

Cons

They string you along with awesome sounding (but made up) job opportunities, but then the job they assign you to is lacking in comparison No benefits Dishonest about pay offered, will quote one number, then deliver a lower number, and they will claim they had quoted the lower number earlier Don't bother to read your resume and may assign you to a position that you aren't qualified for, then will blame you somehow if you point out that you are not qualified for the job they assign you to
