      Very poor culture

      Pros

      There are frequent staff events to build relationships and get to know others, the firm is trying hard to improve - but I think they are not sure what they are improving

      Cons

      Poor culture and bad attitude from senior staff which allows less senior staff to think that behaviour and attitude is acceptable in the workplace. Huge turnover of staff.

      A very agile and entrepreneurial law firm

      Pros

      I have very much enjoyed my time at Joelson and feel that it offers a very collaborative and friendly environment to practice law. You get very close client contact and real responsibility for a relatively junior position if you show ability and willingness. Lots of really cool clients who carry similar principles and do genuinely rewarding work.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best for the number of hours worked but is competitive and I feel there are good promotion prospects.
