Pros

Business casual attire Summer hours. Convenient location.

Cons

-Below average salary and compensation. -Extremely high turnover rate - esp. meeting planners. -Dumpy, dingy office space. -Chaos-driven environment created by an indulged and enabled female sales rep. I worked as a Meeting Planner at the Newtown Sq location for less than a year. Don't be fooled by any initial perceptions of professionalism or corporate competency.... things become clear very quickly if you have any degree of professional experience. There is absolutely no respect for employees. Numerous components at this location are subjected to constant chaos generated by a long-time female sales rep who is a clear and known issue, but who is indulged and enabled by senior management. As part of the hiring process, they make employees sign some strange acknowledgement of "at will employment" and an initial 90-day probation period. I witnessed several good, competent employees be summarily dismissed... no explanation or real grounds other than citing their little "acknowledgement" document. Disgraceful. Don't be fooled, don't waste your time. Seek a better option.

Pros

Casual dress code, flexible WFH, easy to impress management b/c the avg employee should be working at Panera

Cons

Real accomplishments go unrecognized. I wasn't even in sales and brought in a red hot new client who spent 6 figures 2 straight yrs (that's a big client at jobson). They recognize the trivial things like "hey nicely written email" or " thanks for doing ______ (some simple part of your daily routine). They don't utilize data to drive decisions they just make you waste days doing analysis and reports which are rarely read or understood without spoon feeding the data. 90% of the company is on Facebook all day and leave at 4:59 while the talented motivated (the rare ones) do all the work. They'll ride you into the ground if you are smart and motivated. I literally was working 90 hours a week and up til 3-4 am consistently towards the end. My next job will produce the salary I deserved, although to be fair my comp was fair at first. They had to post 2 jobs to replace me that's how overworked I was!
