a) It is a very big company with ample opportunity to improve your knowledgebase. b) Good salary, attractive incentives and annual increments to keep things interesting for employees. c) Excellent office facilities, perks and excursions to create good work environment. d) Challenging tasks to test out your knowledge level and skills.

Cons

a) Tough work schedules and prolonged office hours can sometimes be tiring. b) Management needs to make the incentive scheme more practical. c) Communication gap often creates problems between workers and management.
