      Great Company, Culture - Fantastic opportunities

      Pros

      An amazing company, worked very hard to be #1 job site in Myanmar. They have a fantastic young MD and super experienced CEO that has really taken the business forward. Very pleased to be working for this company, and sad to leave as they have a great culture and very low turnover. They gave me a fantastic reference on leaving, and will for sure look at returning in the future.

      Cons

      The Marketing leadership needs work, unfortunately company was not able to hire the right talent, but MD and CEO did a great job supporting the team.

      Lots of opportunities to build cool stuff in early-stage emerging market, experience very few companies can offer. Good career growth opportunities and compensation. Good long-term business strategy.

      Cons

      Sometimes got wrong people (hard to hire in Myanmar) but solved issues quite quickly.

      Awesome place to work. Leadership and Management team is solid, and low turnover. JobNet team are killing the market, and team morale and culture is at an all time high. Company is committed to staff and clients for the very long term.

      Sometimes hired wrong people who were vindictive to the business
