      Pros

      Work from home option is very good.

      Cons

      Promotion doesn't happen for a long time even performance shown up. Not fare treatment for fully remote workers compare to office ones.

I am sorry you don't feel the experience is equitable when comparing with some colleagues who come into Adder HQ. I would encourage you to share your frustrations with our Head of Engineering or People Team depending on how much discretion you prefer. More broadly we are always looking at ways we can connect Adders more effectively and being a distributed workforce, virtual plays a big role in this! Michael O

      Onboarding Experience

      Pros

      Every single person I have spoken with so far have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful! There are endless training resources and access to openly chat with colleagues as much as you need to. The product is so intuitive and refined. An absolute delight to use and work with!

      Cons

      Equipment didn't quite arrive on time due to a customs hold up. Wasn't a hassle as I had another computer to use.
