      More improvements are needed to make it a better company

      Pros

      - free lunch, snacks, and dinner - trips and outing with the team and chance to mingle with other operations - laptops for everyone - there is some overhead in management process which currently are getting streamlined - an above average work environment - good salary package - table tennis, carrom, chess

      Cons

      - HR processes need to be quick and can be improved - no work life balance - no hike in the last appraisal cycle - employees get fired frequently - half the employees spend the time in playing which adds more efforts for other resources in delivering a task - forced to work on national holidays and weekends due to poor planning and wrong time estimates by most of the managers - getting calls in the middle of the night and during holidays from managers and leads for useless clarifications - no career growth

      Going Nowhere

      Pros

      - Multiple team outings in a year. - Pleasant place to work. - Very good product line.

      Cons

      - It's almost 10 years now and still not cashflow positive. To become profitable, It will take a century. - CEO and MD don't know how should go. - Senior Management don't know where they are going. - Senior Management will get only get title upgrades to put them in illusion they are growing. Responsibilities are very menial. - No hikes for me and anyone this year.
