Like the title suggests, pay attention to all of the reviews because they are not lying or exaggerating. Nothing will change at Jive until there is a change in upper management. Concerns about upper management have been brought to the CEO's attention time and time again but nothing has been done as there are personal relationships at play. As soon as employees begin to demand fair compensation for their time and effort, and for the way they are treated as a result of not being able to deliver (to no fault of their own) on what has been promised to clients, Jive finds a way to weed them out of the company. There is a laundry list of issues myself and others have experienced during our time at Jive but there is no point in going through them as, again, nothing will change while current management is in place. Save yourself the physical and mental breakdowns and find work at other agencies/companies.

During my time there over 7 people left the company due to stress, unrealistic turn-around times, lack of trust in their employees and an unrealistic sense of life-work balance. Working here you are expected to be on call 24/7 regardless of vacation or your personal life. I would often find myself getting calls late at night for not checking and answering a not time-sensitive email, or getting texts asking to post things because senior management did not want to do it themselves as 'it wasn't their jobs'. In addition to this, the senior management team (who never changes) over-promise clients and then blame staff when you cannot make those promises come to fruition. Specific team members get away with being catty and toxic towards those underneath them, as well as not communicating what they need then turning around and blaming those for 'not understanding them'. I would highly recommend not working here.
