Pros

- Salary on time - No micromanagement - It was a nice product to work on but wrong leaders have the ability to collapse even the biggest organizations.

Cons

I am not sure about other profiles at this company but if you are planning to join the the Tech Team, please be careful and think twice before joining. They are totally unorganized and amateur. They want to build a huge global product of SELLING/EXCHANGING DIAMONDS/JEWELLERY but they do not have a Frontend Developer Team. I was hired as a pure Laravel/Backend developer but upon joining I realised that I am a Complete Full Stack developer. I was given wireframes and told to convert into HTML pages along with the backend programming. And, the most surprising part is that they expect their product to be built within 3 months. Either they are living in a fantasy land or I was too under qualified for this job. They keep experimenting and adding many new things to the Git workflow without knowing any side effects, because of which your work won't pass certain USELESS CHECKS and will get delayed. They want to add/experiment all different things but WONT give you time. If you plan to join, you will be mainly working for (parent company) which is based in Hong Kong. We were three developers: 2 from India and 1 from Hong Kong. They won't say anything to the developer from Hong Kong but would ALWAYS, EVERYDAY keep blaming us for NO REASON(RIGHT FROM DAY ONE). They kept on emphasizing on how much I am being paid.. as if they were doing a favour towards me! They only see ticket status and not your work. You will be taunted to input your suggestion but don't bother because your suggestions will never have any value and things will go as per the other developer wants it to be. EVERYTHING would go as per his preference ONLY. They want your code to be secure, clean, passing all the stupid checks he has put in place, wants you to write Unit Test cases for your code as well, wants you to follow SOLID programming principles, wants you to convert wireframe to HTML as well and what not.. Bottom Line: Sacking someone in just 22 days only shows how IMMATURE and DESPERATE you are to get your product up and running; it does not prove in any way that the candidate is under qualified for the role, but it definitely proves how incompetent you are in your hiring that you had to sack someone whom you interviewed just 3 weeks ago!! And I am sure that the developer who joined with me is also fired by now. Trust me you are going to stall! Updates: I was the first developer to join this Tech Team. The other person who joined with me is also fired. No new developer had joined until 5th September and I can see a positive review within 6 days. You can imagine what kind of Company this is. Writing fake reviews. They have literally given 5 stars to everything. I am surprised how this Company is running till now. Anyway Good Luck to everyone!

Pros

Salaries are paid on time, but some former employees reported not receiving their final pay or only half of it.

Cons

Unprofessional and politically driven management that disregards feedback from experienced employees. False promises are common—raises are promised after two months, but even after years, most haven't received an increase. Employee retention is nearly zero, and the work environment is dead, with no excitement. Favorable treatment is given only if you conform without question.

This review is completely fake. We have never employed a Senior Full Stack Developer in our Surat office, nor has anyone in that role left our company. The claims made are baseless and misleading. "Salaries are not paid in full": This is false. All salaries are paid on time and in full, as per company policy. "Raises are promised but not delivered": We follow a clear performance-based review process, and raises are implemented based on measurable results, not false promises. "Employee retention is nearly zero": This is another false claim. We have a dedicated and stable team committed to the company's success. "Favorable treatment is conditional": Decisions in our company are made based on merit and performance, ensuring fairness for everyone. It is deeply unfair and disappointing that Glassdoor allows completely anonymous and defamatory reviews like this to be posted without any verification. Such reviews damage the reputation of organizations unfairly and mislead readers. Under Section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), defamation is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment or a fine. We remain committed to fostering a professional, transparent, and supportive work environment and encourage readers to dismiss this fabricated review.
