Pros

* 100% remote. JetThoughts had an office for some time, and even then I didn't feel like missing out while working remotely. Now they're all remote and put a lot of effort into making the workflow comfortable for everyone. * async workflow. Means you don't have to work fixed 8 hour shifts or always be online, so flexible hours * transparency. JetThoughts uses a set of metrics and also peer reviews to measure professional levels * focus at quality and maintainability * trust. You don't get micromanaged as long as you do your job. If you don't do your job, however, you're also not getting micromanaged, you're just out

Cons

None that would bother me. So far the best company I worked for, and I'm not just saying this as a current employee. In fact that's my second career session at JetThoughts after a 2 year break at a different company

Pros

I've been working here for two years and can say that company is oriented both to satisfy client needs and to make working process easy for developers. In my opinion, it is possible because company values transparency and trust the most. As for me personally, I can underline next pros: - agile schedule, remote work and good conditions for work/life balance - high quality of technical solutions, great code quality control - best practices to conduct project development, to keep project's health - minimal bureaucracy, direct contact with clients - 20% of developers' time is spent on internal projects. To summarise, company helps you to develop both soft and hard skills. And also it works on self-improvement.

Cons

There are not much bonuses and cookies. But that's mostly because work is remote. But there are still some cool niceties like free book of your choice on birthday, or corporate trip to ski resort.
