1. Very worst management. 2.Salary will be paid on 7th of every month. 3.Immediate and top managements are totally waste fellows. Doesnt know the hierarchy responsibilities and doesnt have long time vision and goals. 4.Laid off around 20 employees at once in ladt six months due to lack of knowledge on project management. And announced no hike for the employees who retained. So overall my advice to the new joinees who wish to join think vise before joining there.

Lots of 1. Company is managed by CTO (Worst,Cheap and Political mind person).Doesn't deserve to be CTO. 2. CTO can be normally seen keeping an eye on every employee like a watchman. Seems like this is the most important work he has. 3. Many useless Managers are hired who are not technical sound. They are hired just to pass the message and decisions from CTO to employees. Managers are just puppets of CTO. 4. If you are posting something on your personal Blog , be aware someone(CTO) is checking your Blogs. 5. The inhand salary is very salary as per your CTC since company adds many variables for retaining employees. 6. Managers are fired within a day. No job security at all. 7. Women are fired who come back after maternity leaves 8. Appraisal is just a drama. You are not judged on your technical skills. Your appraisal is predecided here. 9. Company has 1-2 products which have big time failed in market. You can verify it on AppStore and PlayStore. Customers abuses can be seen on PlayStore reviews. 10. No scope of learning here. 11. Half of the company is Gujju and Managers favour employees of there state. Lot of partiality and politics in company. 12. Company on the verge of closure.
