      No two days are the same and growth is continual with acquisitions

      Cons

      Lots of stresses with the growth, business processes and values have not adapted to the size of the group and will need to be addressed.

      Office location is good. Compensation package is very competitive.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity in finance teams. High pressure for finance teams - lack of resourcing which translates to more hours. Company is growing at an exceptional rate considering all the acquisitions, but the existing infrastructure needs to change.

      Good benefits, annual leave allowance is generous.

      Cons

      Office is dirty, carpets stained, broken blinds, not been refurbished for 20+ years, equipment provided is laughable They do not care about their people, you are just a number to them, horrible HR staff. Profit over people Pay is a joke, they will only offer a decent pay rise if you get offered another job, happy to pay you peanuts whilst they can get away with it.
