Pros

I made some life long friends.

Cons

Jenne is a very toxic work environment. Members of management walk around the building with their heads down and do not even acknowledge the staff. Managers "manage" their friends and do not hold them to the same standards of the other team members, allowing them to be late, attempt to sneak out early even though it is very noticed by their fellow co-workers, take two hour lunches, and disrespect other members of the team. The company benefits are very expensive for the coverage received, but they will say "hey you get that free gym membership and the ERC coach!" Thanks, but I think most people can afford $10 at Planet Fitness and use the blood pressure machine at any store for free. 10 PTO days is not enough for most people, the bonus structure is not attainable, and goals are not presented to members of the sales team until the last month of the quarter. HR is not helpful and complaints go ignored. I could go on and on, but why? They will not change their outdated and unethical ways.

Pros

Discounts on gyms, lots of socializing after work disguised as networking if you are into that on their vendor's dime.

Cons

Everyone is related to or went to high school with the owners/managers. This is a good ol' boys club, so don't bother voicing concerns about harassment or abusive behaviors. If you do, you will be deemed the problem.

Pros

Some nice people. Upper management fully invested in their business*. *see Cons

Cons

The previous reveiws that mention the sexual harrassment, bullying, arrogance and the buddies of upper management being favored as workplace cultural highlights are spot on! I am not certain where some reveiwers were saying that leaving early and coming in late is acceptable as I was aware of people taking screen shots of their time card just in case they had to prove they were on time. If you enjoy not being trusted and feeling like you have to look over your shoulder even though you are not wasting company time or resources this may be the job for you. If you prefer to work and not think and have to beg those more experienced for information to do your job then you may be right at home here. There is also a general stench of misogony; certain the "Woman owned business" label was or is beneficial for taxes and start up money. Very few females in mangement or lead sales postions, a few lateral moves; women you are better off taking your talents elsewhere. While I did state in the "Pros" section that upper management is fully invested in their business, I have to add that you are made to feel invisible unless you are male AND able to fashion yourself in their likeness. The general sales positions are not really sales they are mostly about managing ticked off or difficult customers for the reps that are dodging the phone calls. Overall, a miserable workplace experience.
