Always able to help our guests. I, personally, loved putting and getting the books. It get easier and easier as time goes by. You meet a lot of good people and make great co-workers.

Cons

Limited on helping people. If they want help, you have to say "Let me go get a staff." Sometimes they would fight you for not helping them yourselves.
