Pros

Work and profile and comprehensive and easy. Advanced communication system internally, among the employees. Hierarchy not too intimidating and you can build amiable relations with even the Heads of the business.

Cons

Pressure of targets. Claims for things such as bills, expenses, all allowed but take very long to materialize. Have to take ownership for your own work.

Pros

1. Employee wellfare is good as it's a brand of infoedge. 2. On time salary as you ll get it by 28th of the month.

Cons

1. Working pressure is very very high. 2. No job security as you never know you came to the office in the morning properly dressed having the packed lunch box and the hr will come to your seat and tell you to write a resignation and leave the company right now. 3. Every time stretch of working hours as the time is 10-6:30 but you have to do stretch till 7:30-8 and sometimes till 8:30 pm. 4.today if you get promotion and after few months if you are not able to perform having any reason behind that , you will be demoted without any prior notification which leaves you stressed and gives you the reason to leave the company. 5. If you are able to achieve the target of 80,000 in 15 days then it's ok, and if you are not able to achieve the target in any of the fortnight, you ll be treated like hell and leaves you frustrated. 6. As per HR, you ll get 6 days week off in a month, but on ground you ll only be able to take 4 week offs and if you ask for 6 days weeks of by giving the reason that it was informed you at the time of interview, then they will say that in interview we also have told you to achieve the target, and if you are not able to achieve the target, you ll not get any week offs apart from 4 days off in a month. 7. No work/life balance.
