Not a workplace for someone who likes to grow and learn
Pros
The only pro this company has as an offering is that there is independence in the assignments you handle. This independence is also directly proportional to the inability and reluctance of the managers to review, engage in discuss or provide any value addition to the client or your learnings.
Cons
1. There is no learning opportunities per se. You have to do same work over and over again. The support staff with you will be either inexperienced or not qualified enough. so a CA ends up doing the analyst work most of the times. 2. The managers are not listeners but only hear you. There will be zero solutions to any problems raised by you and the hierarchy is merely a joke and its one person army in the entire department. You cannot ask much question hence you feel less confident at times. 3. There is lack of professionalism in the conduct of many professionals. It is not taken seriously to behave in professional manner in the firm. 4. Appraisals are not discussed with the employee. A standard rate is pre decided which will not be varied even with the level of hardwork you put. Higher ups does not seem to care about your expectations and commensurate rewards. 5. There are no equal work division. There are people in the firm who come to office daily for more than 1 year and are not engaged in any work . So there is no tracking of the employee utilisation in projects etc. 6. The pay and the hike is way below the industry standard.
