      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. A company that sincerely cares for their employees. Great opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Thor acquisition taking over I have a feeling is going to take a turn for the worst. You go from a family owned company that cared about their customers to a shareholder company who only cares about profit.
