      -Fairly relaxed schedule- they'll be flexible with when you get there/leave - Great Product - You'll be family if you can hang on long enough

      Cons

      - Management finds employees completely replaceable - No goals or metrics will ever be written down for you - Position changes happen often and quickly with little to no training - CEO (Nathan Lancry) micromanages his dealerships - Nepotism

      Lack of management, training, organization, structure. Overworked, underpaid employees.
