This company is on top of their game! There is structure and organization and it's wonderful. I've never worked for a company so organized. JE is also very detail-oriented. People check and double check all documents. It's nice to work with people who pride themselves on doing it right and doing it right the first time. Very fast-paced environment, friendly/helpful coworkers, and projects are great with detail.

Cons

Because we are so busy it can get a little stressful and hectic. But the coworkers really do help.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow with the company as long as you work hard and are determined to do your best on a daily basis. There is always something to learn and the available resources to do so.
