Rarely listen to their 'lower' employees regarding concerns and issues Finding empathy within the higher team is almost impossible Didnt deal well with neurodiversity, even when ways to help were laid out in front of them The CEO couldn't hit a cows a** with a shovel - Clueless and inadequate Massively takes advantage of young grads and pits them against each other, pushing them to burn out and not caring when they get there
