      The team at JGRLS is excellent, especially the admin staff that have been there a while. Good benefits too!

      The pay is very, very low. Even for libraries

      Ability to flex as needed. Asked to do a job and no micromanagement. Great teamwork everywhere overall. Fun place to work.

      Sometimes the pace can be slow when I like to stay busy.
